Deposit
Lone Star Retreat and Event Center requires a $50 deposit (non-refundable) to reserve a room and your crop space for all retreats. You may make your full payment at the time of registration, or the full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. In the event you should need to cancel 14 days or more before the event, your package will be refunded less the $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 13 days or less before the event will be charged based on the ability to refill your spot. We cannot offer refunds for no-shows.
